At DAISE, we are pleased to offer a modern tasting menu experience, crafted by Chef Tony Parkin and his wife, Laura Parkin. Our philosophy centers on celebrating the finest hyper-seasonal produce.Tony's extensive experience in high-end kitchens has culminated in a return to a more intimate and personal style of cooking, reflected in each dish.
Our menu presents a refined multi-course tasting experience. We are dedicated to sourcing the highest quality ingredients, to ensure the utmost freshness and flavour. The techniques employed are those honed through years of experience in Michelin-starred environments, promising a dining experience of unparalleled refinement.

At Daise, we do not have a strict dress code, we encourage smart casual attire.
- Do you have an age limit?
We welcome guests of all ages. However, we kindly request that children be at least 10 years of age to dine with us. Please note that all children are required to partake in the same tasting menu as the rest of the table, as we do not offer a separate children’s menu.
- What is your policy on cancellations?
At Daise, we meticulously prepare for each guest's culinary journey. Should circumstances necessitate a cancellation, the following policy applies:
For parties of 1 to 5 guests, the full menu price of £110 per person will be charged, if the cancellation is within 7 days of the reservation for.
For parties of 6 to 16 guests, the full menu price of £110 per person will be charged, if the cancellation is within 14 days of the reservation forOur automated system ensures the seamless application of these charges. Please note that our team is unable to override this process. We appreciate your understanding.

- Do you have vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
We are delighted to accommodate our guests' dietary preferences. We offer thoughtfully curated vegetarian and pescatarian options within our tasting menu. Regrettable we are unable to cater for vegan dietary requirements.
Should you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, we kindly request that you inform us at the time of your reservation, allowing us to contact you if we are unable to accommodate your needs fully.- Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
At Daise, we are committed to providing a memorable dining experience for all our guests. We are pleased to accommodate vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten-free dietary requirements. Furthermore, we are happy to substitute red meat for fish, provided we are informed at the time of your reservation.
However, we regret that we are unable to cater to dairy or lactose-free diets, nor can we accommodate guests with serious allergies, such as those to nuts. We kindly request that you inform us of any dietary needs or allergies when making your reservation so we can prepare accordingly.- Do you have a wine list?

- How do I make a reservation?
To reserve a table at Daise by Tony Parkin please visit our WEBSITE and follow the online booking process via SEVENROOMS, our booking system.
Please choose "Daise By Tony Parkin" for a standard reservation.
During the process you will be asked to choose which menu do you wish to dine from (main, pescatarian or vegetarian menu). You can make your meal extra special by adding the drinks pairing to your dining experience. In the same section you have the opportunity to add on Tony Parkin's signed book or Andy Sheridan's signed cookbook with a discount."Voucher Booking"- This booking page is for guests with product-based vouchers from providers like Red Letter Days, Virgin Experience, Buy a Gift, Gift Pro, Direct, and other third-party companies.
During the process you will be asked to choose which menu do you wish to dine from (main, pescatarian or vegetarian menu). You can make your meal extra special by adding the drinks pairing to your dining experience. Please make sure you provide your voucher details during the booking process as we have a dedicated team who deals with third party vouchers rather than the venue itself.

- Do you accept walk-ins?
At Daise, the experience is meticulously orchestrated, and therefore, reservations are essential. We do not accommodate spontaneous visits. To secure your place, we invite you to make a reservation through our website. This ensures your participation in the carefully crafted narrative we present.
- What is your policy on late arrivals?
At Daise we can held your table for 15 minutes. In case of longer delay you may be required to start from the current course, missing earlier parts of the tasting experience.
- Can I make a reservation for a large party?
At Daise the lergest party we can accomodate is 12 guests at the same time.
If you wish to make a reservation for a parti larger than 6 guests, please contact our Guest Relations Team fur further assistance and details.- Do you have private dining rooms?
At Daise we are unable to offer private dining rooms.
- Is there a time limit on tables?
At Daise, we believe in savoring the moment. There is no time constraint on your evening. As we offer a single seating, you are welcome to fully immerse yourself in the experience, without the pressure of time.

BOOK WITH VOUCHER- Why is a supplement applied when using a voucher on certain evenings?
At Daise, the experience is carefully curated, and demand on certain evenings is particularly high. To utilize your voucher on Friday and Saturday evenings, a supplement of £15 per person will be applied. For those seeking to avoid this, we invite you to join us on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, or Saturday lunch time, where the voucher will be honored without the supplement charge. We trust this flexibility allows you to find the most suitable date and time to enjoy the experience.
- What can I do if my voucher expired?
At Daise, we are dedicated to providing you with the best experience possible. For inquiries regarding your voucher, we recommend contacting the issuing company directly. They are best equipped to offer specific assistance and may provide options, such as extensions, for a nominal fee.
- Why are my card details needed to make a booking?
To secure your reservation at Daise, including those made with a gift voucher, we require card details. This serves to confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions, specifically our cancellation policy. We thank you for your understanding.
- Are there any potential supplementary costs when dining with a voucher?
While a voucher covers a portion of your experience, please be aware that additional costs may apply. These could include à la carte beverages or any extras beyond the voucher's specific inclusions. Furthermore, a mandatory 12.5% service charge is applied to the final bill. We aim to ensure complete transparency, allowing you to fully anticipate the nuances of your evening.

At Daise, there is no minimum spend. However, all guests are invited to partake in the curated tasting menu, the cornerstone of our experience.

At Daise, a 12.5% service charge is applied to every bill, irrespective of the party size. This allows us to ensure the highest standards of service for all our guests.
